Anar Festival

For 2008, the Anar Festival will include two major activities and then smaller, deck creation activities.

You will notice in addition to cards and whatnot, apples will be awarded to you as well. Please make sure you take the apple(s) and keep track of how many you have. At the end of the Festival, the apples will come into play. If you were around for last year's Festival you will know an assortment of pixels will given as prizes -- this time around it is just the apple.

Finding the Fellowship

Two Fellowship sprites will be hidden once a week for a total of four weeks. During that time you are to search the site (not the forums) for the Fellowship sprites. Once you have found a sprite, be sure to click on it and you will be directed to your prize. While each week two new sprites will be available for you to find, the previous sprites will not disappear (so you have the opportunity to find all on your own time).

Puzzles

A new (difficult) puzzle will be available to you each week (this schedule may or may not be different than Finding the Fellowship's schedule). You will be given the opportunity to master a puzzle deck by completing the four puzzles.

Anar 2008 Deck

Like last year you will be given the opportunity to donate images to build a deck. For now you may donate two of your favorite Lord of the Rings images - book or movie (please make sure they are different from last year's deck: Anar 2007). Simply leave a comment including your image(s).

Anar Quotes 2008 Deck

Like last year you will be given the opportunity to build a quotes. For now please give us two of your favorite Lord of the Rings quotes - book or movie (please make sure they are different from last year's deck: Anar Quotes 2007). Simply leave a comment with your quote(s).
